Welcome to AI妄想. We are committed to building a free, diverse, and safe AI creative community. At AI妄想, every creator is a co-builder of the community ecosystem. To ensure a balance between creative expression and community order, please read these guidelines before creating or publishing any content (including but not limited to AI characters, generated images, prompt configurations, etc.).

AI妄想 is designed for immersive storytelling, spanning all genres — from romance and adventure to action and mystery. We support bold, imaginative narratives and recognize that fictional worlds naturally explore dramatic and challenging scenarios. While we encourage creativity to flourish across all genres, we uphold community standards that keep the platform welcoming for everyone. This means fostering creative expression while maintaining content boundaries that respect our diverse community.

These guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and further explain your rights and responsibilities as a content creator.

Your Creative Rights

Original Content Protection. The intellectual property of content you create on AI妄想 (such as character settings, preset prompts, knowledge books, etc.) belongs to you (the creator). We respect and protect the rights to your original works.

Platform Usage License. When you publish content in public community channels, you grant AI妄想 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license — including the rights to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works — so that other users can discover and interact with it. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

User-Interaction-Generated Content. Conversation records, images, and other content generated when other users interact with content you have created or shared belong to those users as personal-use content. As a character creator, you have no right to access or use other users' private conversation records unless they have been voluntarily shared publicly.

Content Rating System

AI妄想 enforces a strict content rating system. When publishing any content, creators must accurately label it based on its actual nature.

Applicable scope includes but is not limited to:

• AI-generated images (character illustrations, scene images, CG artwork, etc.)
• Character settings and preset responses
• Persona descriptions and knowledge books (world books / storybooks)
• Community channels and discussion spaces
• User-uploaded reference materials

Regardless of how content is presented (text, images, audio, or a combination), it must comply with the unified rating standards:

• All Ages (General/All-Ages) Contains no sensitive content. Suitable for all users. Does not include adult content, strong violence, or sensitive topics.

• R-18 (Mature/Adult) Contains explicit adult content or strong violence. Includes mature emotional depictions aimed at adults, intense conflict, or other adult-oriented themes. This content must be strictly labeled and published in designated channels, accessible only to adult users.

Creators must select the correct rating based on the actual nature of the content. Intentionally downgrading a rating to gain traffic is strictly prohibited and may result in content removal or account suspension. If content is updated to include higher-rated elements, the rating label must be updated promptly. Thumbnails, preview images, and dynamically generated content must all comply with the declared rating.

Creative Boundaries

Although AI妄想 respects creative freedom and supports bold imaginative storytelling, the following are absolute prohibitions:

• Protection of Minors. Creating any content involving minors (or characters whose appearance presents them as minors) in an inappropriate context is strictly forbidden. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such content — violations will result in an immediate ban and a report to law enforcement.

• Rights of Real Individuals. Creating unauthorized AI likenesses of real people (celebrities, political figures, private individuals), or characters designed to defame or demean real individuals, is prohibited.

• Extreme Violence and Illegal Content. Spreading hate speech, terrorism, extremist political propaganda, or content that incites criminal activity is prohibited. Fictional crime stories are permitted, but any real-world incitement to crime, incitement to violence, or promotion of illegal activities is strictly forbidden.

• Copyright Infringement. Directly copying the complete settings of copyrighted fictional characters, or reproducing another creator's proprietary settings for commercial gain, is prohibited. We recommend creating in the form of "fan work" or "homage" and crediting the source. For commercial use, ensure compliance with the original rights holder's licensing policies.

Mutual Respect Among Creators

Knowledge Sharing and Creative Exchange. We encourage creators to share techniques, gameplay experiences, and insights to foster community exchange and collective growth. This includes but is not limited to prompt engineering, character building methods, narrative design techniques, and parameter tuning. However, every creator has the right to choose whether to disclose or conceal their specific settings, and others should respect that choice. Using publicly shared techniques for commercial competition or malicious copying is prohibited.

Protection of Original Settings. Respect the unique settings and creative concepts of other creators. You may draw inspiration from others' work, but you should avoid directly plagiarizing proprietary character frameworks, world-building, or distinctive creative elements. If your work draws on someone else's ideas, credit the inspiration source.

Mentoring and Mutual Aid. We encourage experienced creators to share their expertise and help newcomers get started quickly; to be patient with newcomers' questions and offer constructive advice; and to gently point out issues in newcomers' work rather than mocking them. Outstanding acts of mutual aid may be recognized with community certification or other rewards.

Characteristics and Responsibilities of AI-Generated Content

Unpredictability of AI Content. AI-generated content is inherently random and unpredictable. Even when a creator has clearly defined a character's persona and rules, the AI may still produce unexpected responses or images. Creators should regularly test and refine character settings to reduce inappropriate outputs under different rating categories, and should respond promptly to user feedback and reported issues.

Technical Limitations. AI may produce hallucinations or factual errors. Its generated content should not be used as the basis for decisions in legal, medical, financial, or any professional domain.

Content Responsibility. You bear full legal responsibility for the content you publish. You must ensure it does not infringe on others' rights, and must actively respond to user reports and platform reviews. When the platform requests content corrections or removal, creators are obligated to cooperate promptly.

Enforcement and Appeals

AI妄想's community management team and automated review systems conduct regular checks. For content that violates these guidelines, we may take measures including but not limited to: reducing content visibility or hiding it, forcing rating label updates, removing violating content, restricting account publishing privileges, temporarily freezing accounts, or permanently banning accounts.

If you believe your content has been misjudged, you may submit an appeal through official channels. We will re-review within 3–7 business days. Please provide a detailed explanation and any necessary supporting evidence in your appeal.

For violations involving the protection of minors, criminal activity, or serious infringement, we will take immediate action and may report to relevant law enforcement authorities. In such serious cases, accounts may be permanently banned with no possibility of appeal.

Creator Rewards

We encourage high-quality creation and will, through our creator incentive program, provide outstanding creators with traffic support, community certification badges, and revenue-sharing opportunities (where applicable). We look forward to creators actively participating in community feedback, helping newcomers grow, maintaining a positive creative atmosphere, and assisting in reporting violations.

Guideline Updates

These guidelines will be updated as circumstances warrant. When we encounter new situations not clearly covered by the current version, we may take necessary action regarding relevant accounts, content, or behavior in the spirit of these guidelines. We will notify creators of updates through appropriate means, but it is your responsibility to regularly review and comply with the latest version.
