AI妄想 is committed to providing you with diverse interactive modalities—including text, voice, image, and video—to help you effortlessly embark on an immersive journey of AI chat and content creation. Our Community Guidelines are designed to cultivate a space filled with imagination and respect, allowing you to safely explore various creative avenues and connect with like-minded individuals.
These guidelines are incorporated into our Terms of Service and provide further clarification on behaviors that are not permitted by AI妄想, in order to foster a positive environment for everyone. These guidelines apply to all users of AI妄想 and every part of the platform, including your content, conduct, the web interface, and the App.
If you encounter any accounts, servers, or content that violate these guidelines, please report them to us immediately.
##Mutual Respect
1.Do not promote, facilitate, or engage in harassment. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind, including sexual harassment, ban evasion, or assisting others for the purpose of harassing other users.
2.Do not threaten to harm other individuals or groups. This includes direct, indirect, and suggestive threats.
3.Do not share or threaten to share others' personal identity information without consent (Doxxing). This includes providing services that assist in doxxing, such as buying or selling doxxing services or compiling personal information for others.
4.Do not use hate speech or engage in hateful conduct. This includes the use of hate symbols, hate imagery, and the denial of historical mass atrocities. We define hate speech as any form of expression that attacks others or promotes hatred or violence against them based on their protected characteristics.
5.Do not organize, promote, or support violent extremism. This includes facilitating violent acts; glorifying or promoting violence or perpetrators of violence; and promoting conspiracy theories that may encourage or incite violence against others.
6.Do not create, post, solicit, share, or attempt to distribute content depicting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or attempt to normalize sexual abuse of children. This includes manipulated, unmanipulated, or synthetic (AI-generated) media involving real, fictional, and/or anthropomorphized children. This also includes animations, drawings, text, and technical commands or prompts used to create media depicting child sexual abuse or the sexualization of children. We will report CSAM content and grooming behaviors to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7.If you are under 18, you must not use this platform for sexual conduct or any other behavior that endangers your online or physical safety. This includes consensual sexual interactions between you and other peers of similar age, as well as any encouragement or assistance regarding potentially dangerous behaviors. While we want teenagers to express themselves authentically on the platform, considering the risks associated with online dating, we will remove content that encourages or promotes dating between minors.
8.Do not engage in any sexual conduct with anyone under the age of 18. This includes soliciting, sharing, or exchanging sexually explicit content. We will report CSAM content and grooming behaviors to relevant law enforcement authorities.
9.Do not provide sexually explicit content to anyone under the age of 18. Users must be at least 18 years old to view, access, or participate in adult sexually explicit content on the platform. Platform administrators must apply age-restriction labels to any space containing adult sexually explicit content or content shared solely for sexual gratification. Users may not post sexually explicit content in any non-age-restricted spaces.
10.Do not share, distribute, or create sexually explicit or suggestive content of others without the express consent of the subject (who must be at least 18 years old). This includes intimate media content created without the other party's consent (Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery).
11.Do not share content that glorifies, promotes, or normalizes suicide and self-harm. This includes content that encourages others to self-harm, self-immolate, or starve, as well as content that normalizes eating disorders (such as anorexia and bulimia). Self-harm and threats of self-harm used as a means of emotional manipulation or coercion are also prohibited.
12.Do not upload or share any material depicting violence, gore, or animal abuse, especially for the purpose of harassing or shocking others.
##Respect the Platform
13.Do not actively spam others or engage in bulk promotion. The sale or provision of tools and services used for sending spam, bulk account registration, generating verification credentials, or otherwise disrupting the normal order of the platform is prohibited.
14.Do not use unauthorized automated programs or bot accounts. All accounts must be operated by real users; the creation or use of automated programs that interfere with platform services is prohibited.
15.Do not engage in inauthentic behavior on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, artificially inflating follow counts, manipulating engagement data, or buying/selling fake engagement.
16.Trading platform-related assets is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the trading of accounts, usernames, community permissions, special invitation links, and other virtual resources.
17.Do not disseminate false or misleading information. The platform reserves the right to take action against false content that may cause significant harm to individuals or society. This specifically includes content that may trigger physical harm, obstruct public affairs, or endanger public health.
18.Do not misrepresent your identity on the platform in a deceptive or harmful manner. This includes creating false profiles and impersonating other individuals, groups, or organizations.
19.Do not circumvent permanent enforcement actions. This includes continuing prohibited behaviors by creating new accounts or using other accounts after being banned for rule violations.
20.Do not engage in activities that compromise platform security. This includes, but is not limited to, phishing, distributing malware, initiating Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, or other behaviors that endanger system security.
21.Prohibition on using the platform to commit or facilitate financial fraud. Any deceptive financial behavior aimed at illegal profit is prohibited.
22.Do not engage in fraudulent activities that harm the interests of others. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in scams, price fixing, manufacturing/selling counterfeit goods, money laundering, selling infringing merchandise, or providing illegal tools.
23.Do not submit false, misleading, or abusive reports or requests to the platform support team. Any attempt to manipulate staff for personal gain will be considered a violation.
##Compliance with Applicable Laws
In accordance with our Terms of Service(./terms-of-service), you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances when using this platform. Specifically:
24.Do not share content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material, as well as the development, sharing, or sale of various cheat programs and technical cracking tools.
25.Do not organize, promote, or participate in the sale of goods prohibited or restricted by laws and regulations. These goods may pose potential threats to personal safety or public security, and their production, sale, and use are strictly controlled by relevant laws.
26.Do not organize, promote, or participate in any form of illegal gambling activity. Users are responsible for ensuring their conduct complies with the laws and regulations regarding gambling activities in their jurisdiction.
27.Do not organize, promote, or participate in any illegal activity that infringes upon the legal rights and interests of others. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal acts involving personal safety, human dignity, and any form of exploitation.
If you discover any content or behavior that violates the above Guidelines, our Terms of Service(./terms-of-service), or other platform policies, please report it to us promptly through official channels. We will process every report with due care.
Please note that these Guidelines will be updated from time to time based on actual circumstances. When we encounter new types of violations not explicitly covered by the current version, we may take necessary measures against relevant accounts, content, or behaviors based on the legislative spirit of these Guidelines.
We will notify users of updates to the Guidelines through appropriate means, but it is your responsibility to regularly review and comply with the latest version.
