The following terms set forth the legal obligations between the parties and apply to you when you use our Services.
In these Terms, "AI妄想", "we", "us", and "our" refer to AI妄想.
In these Terms, "Service" or "Services" refers to AI妄想's services, applications, websites, and other products.
In these Terms, "you" refers to you. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a legal entity (such as your employer), you agree that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
When you use our Services, our Privacy Policy(./privacy-policy), Community Guidelines(./community-guidelines), and other policies (listed here or otherwise made available to you) also apply. These policies are incorporated into these Terms. We have tried to make the wording of these policies as simple and clear as possible, and they contain important information about your use of our Services, so please read them carefully. AI妄想's Paid Service Terms(./payment-terms) apply to all purchases you make through AI妄想. By using AI妄想 Services, you agree to these Terms.
The above rules are an integral part of AI妄想 and are critical to us. If you believe others are not complying with the relevant rules, please report it to us.
##Age Requirements and Responsibility of Parents/Legal Guardians By accessing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country/region. Our Services are not designed for, nor directed to, users under the age of 13. We may take additional steps (including using third-party services) to verify whether you meet the age requirements to create a AI妄想 account or access certain features or spaces. By creating a AI妄想 account or using our Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and represent that you have reached the age of "majority" in your jurisdiction, or that your parent or legal guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. If you are unsure whether you have reached the age of "majority" in your jurisdiction, or do not understand this section, please ask your parent or legal guardian for help and read these Terms with them. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you allow your child (who must meet the minimum age requirement in your country/region) to use the Services, both you and your minor child accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and are responsible for all use of the AI妄想 account or Services, including your child's activities on the Service and purchases made by them, whether the minor's account is opened now or created later.
##What Services We Provide AI妄想 is a platform focused on immersive AI chat and content creation. Our Services primarily consist of two core segments: AI Character Chat Interaction and Intelligent Content Creation. In terms of chat interaction, we provide an immersive experience of deep dialogue with AI characters, where you can choose different characters, scripts, and scenarios to engage in interactions ranging from adventurous exploration to romantic encounters. regarding content creation, we provide a complete set of creation tools, including character settings, plot weaving, and world book construction features, helping you build unique narrative works from scratch.
Our service platform integrates a variety of AI models, including our proprietary models and top-tier third-party models (such as Gemini, DeepSeek, Claude, etc.), ensuring you receive high-quality responses and creative support. We continue to offer free model services to users, but the availability of free models will be dynamically adjusted based on actual usage and resource conditions. At the same time, we provide advanced features such as Character Summoning, Guidance Responses, and Model Parameter Fine-tuning, allowing advanced users to more precisely control the direction of interaction and creation.
When using our Services, you are fully responsible for the content you create, generate, and post, and must ensure that the content complies with our Community Guidelines(./community-guidelines) and Terms of Service. To provide a more personalized experience, our Services are optimized based on your usage habits and creative preferences, which you can manage in your account settings. We may identify relevant applications running on your device to provide a smoother integration experience, but you can adjust relevant permissions in settings at any time.
To maintain service quality, we may need to perform maintenance work, which may result in temporary service interruptions. We reserve the right to adjust service content based on technological developments and market demands, including modifying, suspending, or terminating specific features. The third-party AI model services we integrate are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are always committed to providing you with a high-quality service experience and will continuously optimize and update our features and services.
We may add or remove features, start offering new services, or stop offering certain services altogether when they no longer make sense commercially or present a risk to AI妄想, our users, or other third parties. Although we try our best to avoid it, we cannot guarantee that the servers will be completely uninterrupted or unchanged, and your content may be irretrievable due to interruptions or changes. We are not responsible for such changes.
##Using Your AI妄想 Account To use AI妄想's Services, you need to create a personal account. We offer multiple registration methods: you can register directly using an email address or authorize login through a third-party account (including but not limited to Discord, Apple, Google, etc.). When registering, you need to provide a valid username, password, email address, and other information. In some cases, we may require you to complete account verification or provide supplementary necessary information.
You bear significant responsibility for account security. Please ensure you use a strong password, and we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). If you discover any unauthorized access or security breaches, please notify us immediately. You must ensure that the information provided to AI妄想 is true and accurate and maintain the updates of account information in a timely manner. We will default to deeming that all instructions and operations issued from your account represent your own will.
When you choose to log in using a third-party account, you agree to authorize us to obtain necessary information from that third-party account (limited to basic information required for account identification), and the processing of such information will follow our Privacy Policy. Please note that the relationship between you and the third-party account service provider is subject to their relevant terms, and AI妄想 is not responsible for the reliability of third-party services.
If your account is locked, we will contact you via your registered email. It is particularly important to note that if you choose to log in via a third-party account and that account encounters abnormalities, or if you can no longer use the associated email, we may have difficulty assisting you in restoring access to your AI妄想 account and creative content.
Without AI妄想's prior written consent, you may not transfer, rent, lend, or sell the account or related rights in any form. We reserve the right to take measures including but not limited to deleting, reclaiming, or modifying usernames when necessary to maintain platform order and user rights.
##AI妄想 Service Content ####Your Content In these Terms of Service, "User Content" specifically refers to all digital content generated, uploaded, posted, stored, or shared by you through the AI妄想 platform, covering text, images, links, multimedia files, and other various digital assets. You always retain all rights to your own creative content, while assuming full responsibility for the legality and appropriateness of the content.
You are under no obligation to contribute content when using the Service. When you choose to add content to the platform, you confirm that you have the full rights to use such content and guarantee that the content complies with relevant laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the legal rights and interests of any third party.
To continuously provide and improve our Services, we do not own these intellectual property rights, but you need to grant AI妄想 a necessary usage license. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, copy, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform your content. The rights you grant in this license are limited to providing, developing, and improving our Services to the extent permitted by applicable law. This license is worldwide, non-exclusive (meaning you can still license your content to others), royalty-free (meaning no fees are paid for this license), sublicensable, and transferable. You can check our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we use your content.
We always respect users' creative freedom while also shouldering the responsibility of maintaining a healthy platform environment. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your content violates the Terms of Service, violates laws and regulations, or may damage the interests of the platform or other users, we reserve the right to take necessary management measures, including but not limited to blocking, deleting, or restricting the dissemination of content. When required by laws and regulations or necessary to protect user rights, we may disclose relevant content to competent authorities or third-party organizations.
We value the valuable opinions and suggestions raised by every user. When you submit feedback to us, you agree to authorize us to use such feedback content without restriction to optimize the service experience, without obtaining further consent from you or paying additional compensation.
####AI妄想's Content Our Services include some content that belongs to us, such as the design of our applications and websites, artwork and images, and content written by us. You may use our software in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. You may only use our trademarks (or other brand features) and copyrights with our prior written permission. We retain all intellectual property rights to our content.
####Other Content
Content from Others. Our Services may also allow you to access content from other people. You may not use such content without that person's consent or as allowed by law. Content from others belongs to that person and does not necessarily represent AI妄想's views. AI妄想 does not endorse or verify the accuracy or reliability of content shared by AI妄想 users. We strive to make AI妄想 a safe, positive, and inclusive platform, but we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter objectionable or offensive content. You agree that we are not responsible for any damages resulting from such content. You can report content that you believe violates any of our policies. We have the right, but not the obligation, to review such reports and block or remove content at our sole discretion.
Third-Party Features and Content. Our Services may also contain links to, or allow you to access, third-party websites, features, applications, or other content. This may include sponsored content (such as tasks or other forms of sponsorship). We are not responsible for the content or services provided by these third parties.
AI妄想 Software Services
License to Our Software. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use AI妄想's client software. This license is strictly limited to your use for accessing our Services through legitimate channels. You promise not to copy, modify, create derivative works of, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with our software unless you have obtained our express written authorization or are explicitly permitted by applicable law. We reserve all intellectual property rights and related rights in the software and Services.
Third-Party Services. Certain features of AI妄想 allow you to access services or content provided by third parties, including but not limited to calling external AI models, content generation tools, or other digital services via API interfaces. These third-party services are provided and operated completely independently by the respective third parties. AI妄想 has no form of partnership with these third parties and does not review or recommend their services.
You need to identify and evaluate the quality, security, and legality of third-party services yourself. We recommend that you carefully review the relevant terms, privacy policies, and service commitments of the service provider before using any third-party service. Please note that the accuracy, legality, and related risks of any content generated, obtained, or processed through third-party services are entirely borne by you.
If you choose to use third-party services, you acknowledge and agree that any disputes, losses, or risks arising from the use of these services shall be resolved between you and the corresponding third-party service provider. AI妄想 assumes no responsibility for the content output, functional stability, or potential risks of any third-party services, nor does it participate in any disputes between you and third parties. We reserve the right to interrupt or restrict access to problematic third-party services when necessary to maintain the overall security and stability of the platform.
Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users using our Services to adhere to the same principles.
If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright, we provide a convenient complaint channel. You can choose to flag the alleged infringing content directly via the in-app reporting function, or contact us via the email at the bottom, with the subject line "Copyright Takedown Request."
To ensure your complaint can be processed promptly, please provide the following information completely in your complaint: a detailed description of the infringed work, the specific location of the infringing content on the platform, a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized, a statement guaranteeing the information is true and accurate, your valid contact information, and your signature. We specifically remind you not to abuse the complaint right to make malicious reports. If a user is found to have intentionally submitted false, misleading, or untrue allegations, that user may be liable for corresponding legal responsibilities, and their AI妄想 account may be restricted or terminated.
If you believe that removed content was handled erroneously due to misidentification, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include details of the removed content, an explanation of the mistaken removal, your contact information, and sufficient factual explanation and evidential materials to prove that there is no infringement. These evidential materials should form a complete chain of evidence, such as copyright registration certificates, records of the creation process, legal authorization documents, or professional opinions explaining why it does not constitute infringement through technical comparison analysis. After receiving a qualified counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the dispute between the parties persists, it is recommended to seek a final resolution through judicial channels.
For the protection of trademark rights, we also provide complaint channels. Users verified to have engaged in infringement may face consequences such as account termination. At the same time, we will also take appropriate measures against malicious trademark complaints to maintain a healthy platform environment.
We always adhere to the principles of fairness and justice in handling all intellectual property complaints, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders while preventing the abuse of the complaint mechanism. Any user exercising the right to complain should adhere to the principle of good faith, provide relevant information truthfully, and jointly maintain a good creative environment.
AI妄想 Paid Services
We do not charge you for using the basic features of our Service, but you may need to pay for additional features and products. AI妄想's Paid Service Terms(./payment-terms) also apply to any purchases you make using the purchase processes supported by AI妄想, and you may also be required to agree to separate terms before purchasing or selling new products through AI妄想.
AI妄想 Service Usage Restrictions
When using our Services, you must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. You must use the Services only for authorized and acceptable purposes. You must also comply with our Community Guidelines(./community-guidelines) and other policies, which contain more detailed rules regarding your content and conduct when using AI妄想.
Fundamentally, do not engage in, attempt to engage in, encourage, or assist others in engaging in the following behaviors:
Do not use the Services to cause harm to yourself or others. This includes attempting to access other users' accounts or any non-public parts of the Service; infringing upon others' intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights; exploiting, harassing, bullying, spamming, sending automated messages, or making automated calls to others via our Services; and using our Services to plan or cause real-world harm to others.
Do not use the Services to harm AI妄想. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to access or attack our systems, or intentionally overloading our systems; scraping our Services without our written consent, including using any robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated devices, processes, or software; selling, licensing, or otherwise commercializing content or data obtained from our Services; transmitting viruses or other malicious code to our Services; using any unauthorized software designed to modify the Services; abusing or defrauding us or our payment systems; copying, disassembling, or reverse engineering any of our Services or using our intellectual property without permission; and abusing our reporting or customer service mechanisms.
Do not use the Services for any other illegal acts. This includes using the Services to plan or commit any criminal acts or engage in any other illegal activities. We encourage you to report content or behavior that you believe violates these restrictions. If you or others are in immediate danger, please contact your local law enforcement agencies. Please note that you cannot contact law enforcement or other emergency services through our Services.
Term and Termination
Your Right to Terminate. You may stop using AI妄想's Services at any time for any reason. To terminate this agreement, you can delete your AI妄想 account and stop using the Service by accessing "Me" (selecting "Delete Account" in the gear icon at the top right) within the AI妄想 app. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination as described in the "Survival" section below.
Disabling your account restricts the processing of your personal information; please refer to our Privacy Policy(./privacy-policy) for specific information. Disabling your account does not terminate this agreement.
Our Right to Terminate. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your access to some or all of our Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if for certain reasons or if you engage in the following behaviors:
You violate, or you encourage or assist others to violate, these Terms (including our Community Guidelines(./community-guidelines), our other policies, or additional terms applicable to specific products).
To comply with legal requirements or court orders.
We have reason to believe it is necessary to prevent harm to you, us, other users, or third parties.
Your account has been inactive for more than two years.
Continuing to allow your account to remain active, allowing you access to some or all Services, or hosting your content would pose a risk to AI妄想, other users, or third parties.
Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy(./privacy-policy) describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Application or the Website and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party social media service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
"AS IS" Disclaimer
We strive to provide quality Services, but we cannot guarantee any minimum level of service quality (which may also depend on factors beyond our control, such as your internet access and device quality). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI妄想 MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS for A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. If the laws of your jurisdiction or state do not allow limitations on implied warranties, we limit the duration and remedies of such warranties to the maximum extent permitted by relevant law.
Data Charges
You are responsible for paying any mobile charges incurred as a result of using our Services. This includes data charges and messaging charges, such as fees for SMS, MMS, or other messaging protocols or technologies. If you are unsure about the charges that may apply, please consult your mobile service provider before using our Services.
