Paid Service Terms

Welcome
Thank you for your purchase on AI妄想! These Paid Service Terms apply to any goods purchased or sold using the transaction processes supported by AI妄想 and supplement our Terms of Service. You may also be required to agree to separate terms before accessing paid products or services. If you are under 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your place of residence), you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases through AI妄想.
Using Paid Services
We use third-party payment processors to transmit funds to us. By providing us with a payment method, you agree that: (i) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; (ii) you will pay for the Paid Services by the payment due date; (iii) the payment information you provide is true and accurate; (iv) we may retain the payment information and method submitted by you, your issuer, or the applicable payment network; and (v) you authorize us to charge you for the Paid Services using any payment method associated with your AI妄想 account (including updated payment methods). This authorization includes any applicable taxes you may be liable for in connection with the purchased services. You also agree that we have the right to retain and/or share information regarding your purchase and submitted payment information with financial institutions and our payment processors (including any we may retain in the future) to process your purchase, and to use the contact information you submitted (such as email address or phone number) to provide you with notices and disclosures related to renewals, recurring charges, and changes affecting your purchase.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that there is an error in the listed price or other material information, we are under no obligation to provide the subscription service to you at that price and reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or not process your order (including accepted orders). We will notify you of such errors, and if payment has already been made, we will provide a refund or offer you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Payment Methods
AI妄想 accepts specific payment methods. These methods may vary by country/region or Paid Service and are subject to change at any time. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method information you provide to us remains valid throughout the subscription period. If a change in payment method is required for future renewals, you may need to cancel your current subscription and restart it with the new payment method after the current billing cycle ends.
All amounts payable shall be paid in the currency presented to you at the time of the transaction. Please note that AI妄想 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your financial institution or payment method issuer resulting from our processing of your payment, including any cross-border transaction or currency conversion fees that may incur.
To ensure uninterrupted service, we or our payment processors may obtain updated credit card information (such as new card numbers or updated expiration dates) from your card issuer or payment network, and you authorize us to continue charging you using this updated information.
Subscriptions
In addition to one-time purchase options available through AI妄想, we may allow you to purchase subscriptions for premium features and content. These subscriptions may be sold by AI妄想 or other parties. Subscriptions purchased through AI妄想 and associated subscription fees can be found in the "Member Center" section of "My Page". There, you can also find details regarding subscriptions you have purchased from AI妄想, applicable subscription fees, and the next payment due date.
Billing Cycle and Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a subscription with recurring renewal, you acknowledge and agree that you are subscribing to an auto-renewing service requiring recurring payments. Upon your initial subscription purchase and on each recurring renewal date thereafter (e.g., monthly, annually, or other renewal periods), you will be automatically charged at the then-current rate until you actively cancel the subscription (see the "Cancellation" section below for more information on how to cancel). By enrolling in automatic recurring renewal, you authorize us or our payment processors to continuously charge the recurring renewal fees to your payment method. Some countries/regions have mandatory legal provisions regarding your cancellation rights; these Terms do not override such laws. Unless you notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription in accordance with the "Cancellation" section below, you understand that your subscription will automatically continue, and you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the subscription fee amount and any applicable taxes on each recurring renewal date.
Price Changes: We may decide to change future subscription fees, service content, benefits, or features at any time. If subscription fees increase, the updated fees will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle or on a subsequent date specified in the notice we provide to you. Subject to applicable law, your continued use or receipt of the subscription service after the effective date of the change constitutes your acceptance of the new price or revised service content. You may reject the new subscription fees by cancelling your subscription prior to the effective date of the change.
Cancellation: In-app subscription purchases made on iOS or Android devices must be managed and cancelled directly through your respective iOS App Store or Google Play account. For non-in-app purchases, you can manage your subscription at any time by visiting the "Subscriptions" section in the "Personal Center" on our official website. The feature to cancel website subscriptions is not directly available within the App. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable subscription period for the service you cancelled. After cancellation, you may continue to use the subscription-based features for the remainder of the paid period, but you will not receive a refund for fees already paid.
Experimental Features: We may test experimental features from time to time to help us improve AI妄想. Some of these features may be available exclusively to subscribers for a limited time. When we do so, we will label these features as "Beta Features" or otherwise indicate that they are experimental and subject to change or removal. Please do not decide whether to purchase a AI妄想 premium subscription based on these experimental features, as we may modify or remove them at our sole discretion.
Promotions
We may occasionally offer promotions for Paid Services. The specific terms of each promotion will be stated at the time the promotion is offered. You agree that any coupon code or similar offer you receive during a promotion (i) must be used lawfully and for the intended audience and purpose; (ii) may be disabled or subject to additional conditions by AI妄想 at any time for any reason without liability to AI妄想; (iii) is not redeemable for cash or other credits; and (iv) may expire before your use. If you receive a discount, use a coupon code, or subscribe during a free trial or other promotional period, your subscription will automatically renew, and we will charge your designated payment method the full subscription fee at the end of the promotional period and on each recurring renewal date set in your AI妄想 account (monthly, annually, or other renewal periods) until you cancel. To avoid subsequent charges, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the promotional period as described in the "Cancellation" section above. Once renewed, you may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the "Cancellation" section above.
The availability of promotions is not guaranteed. We may limit you to one free trial or promotional offer and may restrict your ability to combine offers and promotions. If your subscription is cancelled or terminated for any reason, you may lose eligibility for free trials or other promotions if you subsequently resubscribe.
Additionally, we may offer rewards for your actions on the platform, such as completing tasks, maintaining a subscription, or inviting friends to join AI妄想. These rewards may take the form of Virtual Goods usable within the Service and are subject to the terms in the "Virtual Goods" section below. These rewards may also take the form of discounts, credits, promotional offers, or other benefits redeemable through our platform or with partners. Any rewards earned on AI妄想 are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may be subject to change, expiration, or eligibility limitations based on conditions specified by us.
Refunds
Except as provided herein or required by applicable law, your payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partially used subscription periods, unused services, or one-time purchases.
Virtual Goods
You may be able to purchase, earn, or receive Virtual Goods from AI妄想 or users on AI妄想. If you do so, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Virtual Goods you purchased solely within our Services and solely through the AI妄想 account used at the time of purchase.
Your license to use Virtual Goods may not be sold, traded, transferred, exchanged, or used outside of your AI妄想 account. Regardless of any consideration offered or paid, you do not own the Virtual Goods and have no other right, title, or proprietary interest in them. The license to these Virtual Goods is a software license to access and use the software that enables your access to the Virtual Goods. Virtual Goods are not property and have no cash value. We reserve the right to control, regulate, change, or remove any Virtual Goods at our sole discretion, or to discontinue providing Virtual Goods at any time, without any liability to you. Furthermore, if you obtain access to Virtual Goods from other users on AI妄想 (including sellers), those sellers may impose additional licensing restrictions on such Virtual Goods, as detailed in the "Content Sold by Others" section (if applicable). Your license to use Virtual Goods terminates when your AI妄想 account is deleted or terminated. As detailed in our "Suspension or Termination" section below, this license may be terminated without liability to you.
Gifts
You can purchase various products (including subscription trials) and gift them to other users as a "Gift." Gifts can only be redeemed through AI妄想 by clicking the gift link shared with you or entering the gift code in the "Gift Library" section of the "Settings" page. There is no fee to access or use a Gift. To redeem a subscription trial Gift, you may be required to enter a payment method, and the subscription will automatically renew at full price at the end of the gifted subscription period. Payments and cancellations will be handled as described in the "Subscriptions" section above. Once redeemed and activated, the gift code becomes void and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other user. Subscription trial Gifts apply to the specific services and terms set forth in the redemption process when the code is entered. Upon expiration of the gifted subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew using the payment method provided at the time of redemption. The recipient of a subscription Gift may cancel the subscription at any time after activation but is not entitled to any form of refund or credit upon cancellation. Unless otherwise provided by law, subscription Gifts may not be resold, redeemed for cash, or combined with other promotional offers, free trial offers, or rewards. Except as required by law, subscription Gift redemption codes do not expire, so please keep them safe. Unless required by law, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized redemption of subscription Gifts.
Suspension or Termination
We may cancel or suspend any subscription you have purchased if you fail to pay the applicable subscription fees and taxes in full and on time according to these Terms. If your payment is unsuccessful (e.g., your payment method expires or has insufficient funds), we may attempt to charge your payment method again or use your backup payment method. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We may also attempt to notify you of the payment failure to give you an opportunity to make a valid payment on time (though we are not obligated to do so). We may, at our sole discretion, choose not to immediately cancel an unpaid subscription, in which case you will continue to be responsible for the fees due for the applicable subscription period. Additionally, if you fail to pay subscription fees, we may suspend your right to use that premium service, or we may change the type of privileges you possess to a non-paid version of the service.
AI妄想 may also, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to subscriptions or your right to use any premium services or Virtual Goods purchased or otherwise available on our platform if you violate the Terms of Service(./terms-of-service) or other published policies. If your AI妄想 account is terminated, suspended, or if you otherwise lose access to your account, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of a subscription or for the loss of access to premium services or Virtual Goods.
If your AI妄想 account is terminated by us, we will cancel your subscription where possible. If your subscription was purchased through a mobile app store (i.e., iOS App Store or Google Play), it is your responsibility to ensure the cancellation of any active subscriptions and associated payments.
Taxes
You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, data charges, network fees, and other costs associated with your use of the Services, and we will collect taxes as required by applicable law.
Changes to Services
We may change our Paid Services, in whole or in part, without notice to you if such changes are necessary, minor, or required for legal or regulatory reasons. Necessary changes may include those required to ensure the continued operation of our Paid Services, prevent fraud or abuse, enhance existing features, add other features to the Paid Services, or maintain service security. If we make changes that would have a material adverse effect on your use of the Paid Services or would remove existing paid features (excluding the Experimental Features described above), we will provide you with reasonable advance notice.
Additionally, we may decide to discontinue Paid Services, including subscriptions, at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or to comply with legal requirements. In such cases, we will cancel your subscription and provide a pro-rata refund of any prepaid subscription fees equivalent to the remaining unused period.
Service Delivery
When you purchase Paid Services from AI妄想, you request immediate access to the purchased content upon completion of the purchase, and you agree that such content shall be made available immediately.
